crostata recipe

CRUST
1 1⁄2 cup flour
1 cube butter unsalted 1⁄2 tsp. salt
ice water
2 tbl. Sugar
zest of 1 lemon
FILLING
2 or 3 cups blackberries or strawberries toss with sugar
and a splash of dry white wine
toss with 2 or 3 tbls of flour
mix all dry ingredients
cut in butter
sprinkle ice water and mix wrap in cello
let rest for 30 mins
roll out dough
either fit into tart pan or
place onto a cookie sheet
put fruit in center and fold ends around fruit very organic
dot with butter
place in preheated oven 350
for 35 to 45 mins. Or until crust is golden
DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR BUON APPETITO
